Centro Oncológico de Antioquia

Background:

 

In 2016, the Antioquia Oncology Center (COA) was ready to inaugurate its new headquarters, a unique care and service model not only in Medellín but also in Colombia and Latin America.

 

The new infrastructure was specially designed to centralize all services around cancer treatments and generate a completely different and special service experience for patients and families.

Challenge:

 

Relaunch the COA brand taking advantage of the opportunity of the opening of its new headquarters to start a positioning process in which the human sense and genuine interest in patients and the evolution of their treatments was the priority.

Solution:

 

We developed the new visual and narrative identity of the brand, based on human experiences and the close treatment received by patients and their families. This is how we started a positioning process under the concept: A life experience, every day.
