Background:

 

Mantequilla Alma is a vegan substitute for butter of animal origin, a natural and practical product designed for those people who are aware of their diet and who are looking for practical alternatives with better nutritional values for the products they consume every day.

Challenges:

 

  • From the point of view of the name, the product posed a very interesting challenge: How to name a product that, without being able to be declared a butter, fulfills the same function and is still healthier?
  • From a packaging standpoint, we were challenged to improve communication and design to clarify product attributes and benefits and thus help improve sales performance.

Solution:

 

We created the labels for the Alma Butter Flavor line, appealing to the natural origin of its ingredients and the similarities that this product has with traditional butter in terms of flavor and use.
Likewise, we provided the labels with sufficient and necessary information to answer the most common questions that a consumer could ask at the point of sale, which clearly helped to improve the penetration and sale of the entire line.
